1. Data Collection & Purpose
The PeerTrust Forensic Instrument operates on a principle of "Data Minimization." We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate the console:
- Authentication Data: Your email address and a cryptographic hash of your password.
- Forensic Inputs: ORCID IDs and ISSNs submitted for analysis.
- Usage Logs: Timestamps of reports generated to enforce quota limits.
2. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics beacons. Our storage usage is purely functional.
